These Terms constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between you and fe99 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof.

If you do not agree to these Terms, or if you are ineligible to use the Platform under the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3, you must immediately cease all use of fe99 and close your account if one has been created.

fe99 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes.

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the fe99 platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. fe99 strictly prohibits underage gambling and will take all reasonable steps to verify player age during the KYC process. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, and any funds held in that account will be returned to the depositing payment method after deducting any winnings derived from play.

3.2 One Account Rule

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered fe99 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. fe99 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated bets and casino play, and permanently ban the player from the Platform upon discovery of multiple accounts.

3.3 Registration Information

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number. You must keep this information up to date at all times. fe99 reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify the accuracy of registration information at any time.

3.4 KYC Verification

fe99 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other point at our discretion. Acceptable KYC documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal capabilities until verification is completed.

3.5 Geographic Restriction

The fe99 platform is operated for and made available to players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the fe99 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. fe99 makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or lawful for use in any location outside Bangladesh.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your fe99 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

fe99 will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from fe99 that asks for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

You agree to notify fe99 without delay if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. fe99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. fe99 is entitled to treat all instructions received from your account as having been authorised by you, unless and until you have notified fe99 of a security compromise.

fe99 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all Platform connections to protect data in transit. However, no security measure is completely impenetrable, and fe99 cannot guarantee absolute security against all forms of external attack.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

fe99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following approved payment methods available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). fe99 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is applied to your account balance.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit via bKash or Nagad is ৳200 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to change and will be displayed at the time of transaction within your account. fe99 reserves the right to adjust these limits at its discretion.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified players are processed as promptly as possible, typically within 24 hours on business days. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required. fe99 applies no platform processing fee to withdrawals. Any fees charged by your mobile financial service provider are beyond fe99's control and responsibility.

5.4 Own-Account Rule

Deposits to fe99 must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Withdrawals will only be returned to the same account or method from which the corresponding deposit was made. fe99 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. This rule exists to protect players against fraud and to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.

5.5 Unclaimed Balances

fe99 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee or close dormant accounts after a continuous period of 12 months without any login activity. Players will be notified in advance before any such action is taken, and remaining balances will be returned to the last known verified payment method.

fe99 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion, which will include details of the applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry timeframe.

7.1 Placement of Bets

A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the fe99 system and a unique bet reference number has been issued. Bets placed on markets that are suspended, settled, or removed at the time of placement are void and will be refunded. It is the player's responsibility to ensure that bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — are correct before confirming placement.

7.2 Odds and Market Changes

Odds displayed on the fe99 platform are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. In-play odds may fluctuate rapidly in response to live match events. Once a bet has been confirmed at the displayed odds, the agreed odds are fixed for that bet unless the event is subsequently voided or abandoned.

7.3 Void and Abandoned Events

If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, abandoned, or declared void before the minimum required play time has been completed, all unsettled bets on that event will be declared void and all stakes will be returned to the player's account. fe99's decision on void and abandonment rules is final.

7.4 Error and Obvious Error Rule

In the event that fe99 makes a manifest error in relation to the setting of odds — including but not limited to pricing errors caused by data feed failures, system malfunction, or human input — fe99 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. fe99 will endeavour to identify and correct such errors promptly.

7.5 Maximum Winnings

fe99 applies maximum payout limits to winnings per event and per day. These limits are published within the platform and are subject to change at fe99's discretion. Bets that would result in winnings exceeding the applicable limit will be accepted but payouts will be capped at the stated maximum.

All casino games, slot titles, and fishing game products available on the fe99 platform — including but not limited to those supplied by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the rules of a specific game, the game-specific rules shall apply in relation to game mechanics, and these Terms shall apply in relation to account management, payments, and conduct.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit fe99's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
